LGN / ICAIE Celebrating Anniversaries, July 2026

I would like to thank our loyal followers and partners for their continued support as ICAIE celebrates its 5th year anniversary as a leading national security-centric NGO in Washington, DC; and as Luna Global Networks & Convergence Strategies, LLC similarly marks our 9th year in business this July 2026.

In July 2017, I separated from the U.S. Department of State after more than two decades of public service and working with communities around the world to fight corruption, organized crime, terrorism, illicit networks, and criminal-threat convergence vectors.

I remain proud and committed to continue to work with an array of market stakeholders and policy centers of power internationally to counter these cross-border security threats through dynamic public-private partnerships, collective action, and innovation.
