It is an absolute privilege to have been selected by the Oxford Symposia Committee to present a paper and address delegates at the 2027 Spring Lex Universalis: The Global Law Symposium (Spring 2027) at one of the world’s most celebrated forums for debate, the Oxford Union, Oxford University. I will be providing my insights and perspectives since leaving the U.S. Department of State on some of today’s crime convergence world and transnational threat landscapes that are increasingly destabilizing global peace and security in a paper entitled, “Disrupting an Ecosystem of Criminality and Illicit Trafficking Vectors Fueling Geopolitical Conflicts”.
